Lists

Icebreaker Lists let you organize and manage candidate pipelines — save people from search results, collaborate with your team, and collect structured feedback on each person.

Creating a List

Create a list in any of three ways:

• New List button — click the + button in the Lists section of the navigation
• Save to list — from any search result, click "Save to list" to add someone to a new or existing list
• Chat — ask the AI in the team chat or from within any existing list's Chat tab (e.g. "Create a list of senior Go engineers from my network")

Visibility

When creating a list, choose who can see it:

When you share a link to a public list, recipients can view the people on it but cannot edit the list or see feedback responses.

Adding and Removing People

Add candidates by name or LinkedIn URL. Remove them as needed. Lists are ordered by when each person was added.

Feedback

The Feedback tab lets you collect structured input from your team or stakeholders on each person in a list.

How it works:

1. As the list owner, write a custom question for reviewers — for example, "Would you want to work with this person at your company?" The question should be answerable with Yes, No, or Skip.
2. Share the feedback link with anyone you'd like responses from (team members or external).
3. Reviewers go through each person and submit Yes, No, or Skip. Responses auto-save as they go.
4. As the list owner, view aggregated responses on the Feedback tab.

• Watchlists for long-term talent relationship management

MCP / API Access

Lists are fully accessible via Icebreaker's MCP server, allowing Claude, Cursor, and compatible AI tools to create lists, add members, and query contents programmatically.
